Adobe launched “AI Assisted Editor” in Photoshop that brings all AI features into one toolbar and lets you make precise edits by drawing directly on images.
Alibaba open-sourced Qwen3.8-Flash, a fast multimodal model that can work with code, images, and text while being way cheaper than Qwen 3.7 Plus.
Anthropic news:
Claude in Chrome is now generally available, so you can hand Claude your web tasks (with built-in safeguards to block prompt injection attacks).
Cowork now has its own built-in browser to navigate websites and complete tasks without touching your browser or personal data.
Memory now syncs across Chat and Cowork, automatically remembering useful context while letting you view, edit, and delete what’s been saved.
Google news:
AI Mode can now track flights, display your frequent-flyer rates, and book hotels directly in Google Search.
Expert Intelligence in Gemini Notebook lets you create infographics, quizzes, and other outputs from over 100,000 ebooks from major publishers.
Flow can now export video in 4K, lets you control start and end frames, and comes with a draft mode for quick tests at lower resolution.
Gemini 3.5 Transcribe can transcribe speech in over 85 languages with speaker identification and industry-leading accuracy.
Gemini Live got agentic voice features that can run multi-step tasks, manage your inbox, recap your day, and personalize answers using past chats.
Midjourney launched the V8.2 Edit Model with inpainting, outpainting, and support for up to four reference images.
OpenAI news:
ChatGPT now gives Free plan users up to three scheduled tasks, while paid users can create event-based tasks triggered by Gmail, GitHub, and Slack.
ChatGPT Work can now log into websites on your behalf without seeing your credentials to handle bookings, form submissions, and more.
Codex and ChatGPT Work added a “$visualize” command that turns text and data into visual diagrams.
Particle launched Radar, a search engine that transcribes and indexes over 130,000 podcasts so you can find specific quotes, speakers, and topics.
Perplexity released Portable Computer, a local-first AI agent that works entirely on your device, keeping your data private and cutting cloud costs.
Z.ai released GLM-5.3-Flash, a multimodal model optimized for fast, lightweight agentic tasks, handling code, image, and text work at very low costs.

Meta is preparing to launch Hatch, a consumer AI agent that handles real-world tasks like booking travel, managing email, and ordering food.
OpenAI reportedly finished pretraining Bel, the largest known base model at over 10 trillion parameters, expected to power models beyond GPT-6.
