For this Live & Learn, I tested conversational image editing: upload an image, describe several edits in natural language, and watch the magic happen.
I put four models through the same five challenges: local edits, scene restyling, subject transfer, scene reconstruction, and combining two input images.
If you’re an amateur like me who wants to edit images without fiddling with masks and selection tools, this session should give you a clear idea of where each model shines and what it sucks at.
(Spoiler alert: I ended up with more severed panda heads than I’d expected.)
