Apple launched the upgraded Siri AI that understands your personal context, sees your screen, and can see the world through your camera.
Cline launched a Desktop App for macOS and Windows that lets you code with open-weight AI models that run locally on your device.
ElevenLabs expanded its MCP connector to let you generate images, music, video, and voice directly inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Grokbot, and others.

CC is an AI agent for families that helps coordinate daily logistics, schedules, and tasks.
Gemini 3.8 Live voice models can now see what you see, auto-detect your language, and run tools in the background while you talk.
Gemini Notebook now lets you have real-time voice chats with your sources and includes an audio recorder for capturing your thoughts on the go.
Meta launched Meta One, a subscription that bundles its premium features across Facebook, Instagram, Meta AI, and WhatsApp.
Midjourney released several alpha updates, including Korean-language support, a better editor, improved mobile controls, and organization features.
OpenAI launched a ChatGPT add-in for Microsoft Word that lets you work on documents while bringing in context from apps like Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.
Perplexity expanded its Portable Computer to Windows, so you can run AI agents and scheduled workflows locally and keep the files on your device.
Runway launched an Enhance Frame Rate feature that converts any video to up to 120 FPS, letting you make production-ready clips without leaving the platform.
Sakana updated its research agent Marlin with an interactive AI chat to make sense of research reports, as well as editable PowerPoint exports.
xAI news:
Grok now has Voice Mode for real-time conversations on desktop and mobile.
Grok Build now has persistent Memory to remember your coding conventions, decisions, and project facts across sessions.
Grok Voice Transcribe 2.0 is twice as accurate and now ranks #1 on accuracy among streaming speech-to-text models across dozens of languages.

Anthropic is beta testing redesigned Claude Code Projects that can coordinate parallel work threads and manage context across separate sessions.

“Agent Effectiveness Index” [BENCHMARK]: an open-source benchmark that scores how well AI agents understand processes, learn, and take actions.
“Model Misalignment Reporting Framework” [REPORT]: OpenAI’s framework for tracking unexpected behavior in AI models, with six documented cases so far.
