"Live & Learn" #1: Three tools tested

The first-ever "Live & Learn" session where we nerd out about AI together.

In this inaugural “Live & Learn” session, I briefly looked at three AI tools that:

  1. Create scalable vector graphics SVGs from text prompts or uploaded images.

  2. Intelligently add music and sound effects to uploaded silent video clips

  3. Act as your AI co-writer, making trackable changes, doing research, etc.

And speaking of living and learning. This session taught me that:

  1. I should pay attention to Substack’s “audience” and “comments” settings: This session was apparently limited to existing subscribers rather than available to everyone, and only paid subscribers were allowed to post comments.

  2. Screen sharing on Substack Live does not share tab audio, so I’ll have to limit myself to tools that don’t rely on sound effects.

  3. One must always double-check the mic, as I apparently went silent for the last three minutes of the stream.

Live and learn!
